ORDINANCE 16,110
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A SUBDIVISION
WAIVER FOR THE MCKINNEY SUBDIVISION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for waivers of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for
McKinney Subdivision as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -284B be amended to allow
pipesteam lot in office subdivision and that Section 31 -397 be
amended to allow no required street improvements for the
McKinney Subdivision.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
