AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5483 - Described as Lots 10 and 14 and that part
of Lots 8, 9 and 15, lying North of Chenal
Parkway, Montclair Heights Subdivision, Part II,
Little Rock, Arkansas and that portion of Alamo
Circle lying between said Lots 9 and 10 and 14 and
15 from R -2 Single Family to 0-3 General Office.
(Bowman Road and Chenal Parkway)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
