AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,

SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5451 - Described as the East 110.95 feet of the
West 195.10 feet of the South 380.09 feet of Lots
30 and 31, Glocklers Acres, less and except the
South 10 feet thereof for road right -of -way, City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
AND
The West 195.10 feet of Lots 30 and 31, Glocklers
Acres, less and except the South 379.91 feet of
the East 110.95 feet thereof containing 1.8694
acres of land, more or less, in the City of Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas from R -2 Single
Family to C -3 General Commercial. (4716 Baseline
Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
