AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING
FOR A SUBDIVISION WAIVER FOR SOUTH BEND
ACRES SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for South Bend Acres Subdivision as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31 -398 of the Code of
ordinance be amended to allow no curb and gutter on
Alexander Road and that Section 31 -401 of the Code of
Ordinance be amended to allow no storm drainage and that
Section 31 -402 be amended to allow no sidewalks.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
