AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5443 - Described as part of the SE; of
Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, described as follows:
Beginning at a point S 89032' W 40.0 feet of
the Northeast corner of said SE;, Section 1,
thence South and along the West right -of -way
line of Geyer Springs Road a distance of
181.0 feet; thence S 870581 W 260.85 feet;
thence 89 032' W 227.1 feet; thence North
188.0 feet to a point on the North line of
said SE;; thence N 89 032' E and along said
North line of SE; a distance of 487.8 feet
to the point of beginning, containing 2.08
acres more or less from R -2 Single Family to
0-3 General Office. (9800 Geyer Springs Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
