AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GEYER
SPRINGS WEST LAND USE PLAN SOUTH
OF QUEENSBORO DRIVE TO THE CREEK,
WEST OF GEYER SPRINGS ROAD.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission, after a
public hearing believes that the best use of the area is for
office development; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Staff agrees that office is
appropriate in this location.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. The Geyer Springs West Land Use Plan is amended to
continue Office along Geyer Springs south of Queensboro Drive to
the creek. (Master Street Plan proposed alignment of Valley
Drive.)
