ORDINANCE NO. 16,073
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5415 - Described as part of the EZ of NA
Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the SE Corner of E'k NW4
Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence North along
East line of said Ea NW4 742 feet to the
Point of Beginning; thence continue North
640 feet to South Right -of -Way of Interstate
30; thence South 65 038146" West 347.74 feet;
thence South 496.6 feet; thence East
316.8 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 4.13 Acres, more or less.
AND
Lot 2 and the West 145.8 feet of Lot 1, J. Lee
Cooper Subdivision to Pulaski County, Arkansas
from R -2 Single Family to I -2 Light
Industrial. (10701 I -30 and Mabelvale Pike.)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
