HomeMy WebLinkAbout16072M M M M M M M M 0 ORDINANCE NO. 16,072 0 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OTTER CREEK LAND USE PLAN ALONG I -30 WEST OF MABELVALE PIKE. WHEREAS, the City Staff reviewed the existing and proposed use pattern in the area, and; M WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after a public hearing on the matter recommends the Otter Creek Land Use Plan be amended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK. SECTION 1. The area between Childers Drive and Mabelvale Pike north of I -30 is changed from SD (Strip Development) and SF (Single Family) to MCI (Mixed Commercial Industrial) except for the frontage along Baseline which shall remain SF (Single Family). SECTION 2. The area north of Davmar Road to I -30 and west of Mabelvale Pike to the creek is changed from SD (Strip Development), LI (Light Industrial) and MR (Mixed Residential) to MCI (Mixed Commercial Industrial). SECTION 3. The "PID" indicated on the plan map along Mabelvale Pike is for any industrial use, to allow careful review of the use and its impacts on the surrounding area.
