AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT TITLED TREADCO PID
(Z- 3271 -A) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from C -3 to PID and OS.
A parcel of land in SW 1/4 NE 1/4, Section 16, T -1 -N,
R -11 -W, Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Lots 7 and 8, River Subdivision, City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, containing 5.62 acres, more or
less from C -3 General Commercial to PID Planned Industrial
District.
Less and except the North 262 feet of the West 100 feet
of Lot 8, River Subdivision from C -3 General Commercial
to OS Open Space. (7510 Fluid Drive)

SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Treadco (Long -form PID) is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by
Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the Code of
Ordinances; that all retreading activity be performed within the
Structure.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
