ORDINANCE NO. 16,303
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING MODIFICATIONS TO A
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AND PROVIDING FOR
THE MAINTENANCE OF A PRD DISTRICT ENTITLED
CHELSEA SQUARE PRD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 14,404
AND CHAPTER 36, SECTION 36 -176 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,404 be amended to provide
for modification of District described as:
Chelsea Square PRD(5- 328 -D) located at 2111 Hinson Road.
SECTION 2. That the revised Site Development Plan and plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission. The revisions being the 30 foot building line on
Lots 2 and 3.
SECTION 3. That the maintenance of the zoning
classification, and the revised plan for Chelsea Square PRD is
conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within the time
specified by Article VII, Section 36, Chapter 36 of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 -81. and
36 -82. of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, and designated district map be and it is hereby amended
to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect the
designated change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan by the Planning
Commission.
