4 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 30 OF
5 THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
6 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING
7 FOR A WAIVER OF RIGHT- -OF -WAY
8 DEDICATION AND STREET IMPROVEMENT
9 REQUIREXENTS FOR HERITAGE BAPTIST
10 TEMPLE AT 4910 STAGECOACH ROAD
11 (Z5554); AND DECLARING AN
12 EMERGENCY.

14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
15 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
16 SECTION 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be
17 amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within the
18 Boundary Street Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance of the City of
19 Little Rock for Heritage Baptist Temple at 4910 Stagecoach Road.
20 Subsection a. That Chapter 30 be waived for the purpose of
21 complying with a conditional use permit issued for the placement
22 of a manufactured home for security purposes at 4910 Stagecoach
23 Road.
24 SECTION 2. This waiver is made in this exceptional
25 circumstance because the particular conditional use does not
26 create any appreciable change in the present use of the property.
27 SECTION 3. The ability to have proper heating and plumbing
28 for residential dwellings is used to protect the health, safety
29 and welfare of the citizens of the City of Little Rock. This
30 conditional use permit allows such linkage. Therefore, an
31 emergency is declared to exist and this Ordinance shall be in full
32 force and effect from and after the date of its passage.
