AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A POD
DISTRICT TITLED UNITED MEDICAL SUPPLY
(Z -5599) SW CORNER OF JOHN BARROW
ROAD AT LABETTE DRIVE IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from 0-3 General
Office to POD Planned Office District.
A parcel of land in the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 NW 1/4 of
Section 11, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corner of the SE 1/4 SW
1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 11, T -1 -N, R -14 -W; thence
NO2 013'26 "E 510.85 feet; thence S87 028133 11E
226.32 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
NO2 037'13 "E 30.0 feet; thence S87 028123 11E 74.86
feet; thence S02 037113 11W 30.0 feet to a point
on the centerline of Labette Drive; thence
along said centerline of Labette Drive
S87 028123 11E 322.36 feet to a point on the
westerly right -of -way line of John Barrow Road;
thence along said westerly right -of -way line of
John Barrow Road the following courses:
Thence SO1 048154 11W 253.47 feet; thence
S09 047105 11W 1.56 feet thence leaving said
westerly right -of -way line of John Barrow Road
N87 028123 11W 400.54 feet; thence NO2 037113 "E
255.0 feet to the Point of Beginning containing
2.39 Acres, more or less located at the SW
corner of Labette Drive at John Barrow Road.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for United Medical Supply (Short -form POD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
