SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from MF -6
Multifamily to PRD Planned Residential District.
A parcel of land in Section 26, T -2 -N, R -14 -W,
Little Rock, Arkansas, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the easterly
right -of -way line of Chenal Club Boulevard and
the southerly right -of -way line of Chenal
Parkway; thence S70 055'12 "E along the southerly
right -of -line of Chenal Parkway 17.64 feet to a
point; thence N190041481E 20.0 feet to a point;
thence S70 055112 11E and continuing along said
southerly right -of -way line 563.06 feet to a
point; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a
2784.79 foot radius curve to the right and
having a chord bearing and distance of
S56 049'32 "E 1,356.17 feet to a point; thence
S60 033'37 "W 134.30 feet to a point; thence
S71 006'30 "W 477.84 feet to a point; thence
S46 008158 11W 725.28 feet to a point; thence

AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE

ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from MF -6

SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for The Oaks of Chenal (Long -form PRD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
