AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5591 - Described as part of the NW 114 NE 1/4 of
Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as: Beginning at a
point 466 feet East and 152.5 feet North of the
SW corner of said NW 1/4 NE 1/4; thence North
109.5 feet, more or less, to the South Right -of -Way
line of the new Little Rock - Benton Highway (now
Interstate 30); thence in a Northeasterly direction
along the South Right -of -Way of said highway
75 feet; thence South 146.25 feet; thence West
67.35 feet to the Point of Beginning. Containing
0.2 Acres, more or less from R -2 Single Family to
I -2 Light Industrial. (10,601 I -30)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
