ORDINANCE NO. 1f,,2R4 •
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4524 -A - Described as part of the West 1/2, West
112, East 1/2, NE 1/4, Part of the East 50 feet of
the West 1/2 of the NE 1/4, and part of the West
1/2, NE 1/4, all in Section 20, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, lying North of the north
right -of -way line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10
and south of the south right -of -way line of a 100
foot Arkansas Power and Light Company easement, all
more particularly described as:
Starting at the NW corner of the West 1/2, NE 1/4,
said Section 20; thence S88 °12'33 "E (Deed
S880591E) along the north line of said West 1/2,
NE 1/4, 636.5 feet; thence S0 038130 "W, 27.46 feet
(Deed 35.1 feet) to a point on the south line of
said Arkansas Power and Light Company easement and
the point of beginning; thence S64 030129 11E along
said south line, 1113.85 feet to a point on the
east line of the West 1/2, West 1/2, East 1/2, NE
1/4, said Section 20; thence S0 032157 11W along said
east line, 460.69 feet to a point; thence
N88 °26128 "W, 330.0 feet to a point on the west
line of the West 1/2, West 1/2, East 1/2, NE 1/4,
said Section 20; thence S0 032157 11W along the west
line of the West 1/2, West 1/2, East 1/2, NE 1/4,
431.50 feet to a point on the North right -of -way
line of Arkansas State Highway No. 10; thence
Westerly along said North right -of -way line the
following bearings and distances: S73 °39152 19W,
36.26 feet; N70 055113 11W, 60.85 feet; N67 010114 "W,
291.81 feet; N69 039158 11W, 150.92 feet;
N56 °40146 11W, 161.60 feet and N68 040132 "W, 44.33
feet; thence N0038130 11E 1082.38 feet to the point
of beginning, containing 20.9965 acres more or
less.

on the north right -of -way line of Arkansas State
Highway No. 10; thence N63 054134 11W, 86.2 feet;
thence S73 039152 11W, and continuing along said
North right -of -way line, 3.14 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.7848 acre more or less
from R -2 Single Family to MF -12 Multifamily.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
