WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock Planning Commission after
holding a public hearing recommends the change; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock Board of Directors does not
wish to encourage farther commercial strip development along
Baseline Road.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the future land use plan be changed from
commercial to office at the southwest corner of Baseline Road and
Dailey Drive.
