AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17,
ARTICLE II OF THE LITTLE ROCK CITY
CODE, 1988, PERTAINING TO LICENSE
AND PRIVILEGE TAXES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: Section 17 -52 of the Little Rock City Code,
1988, ( "LRCC ") is amended to read as follows:

nologists, draftsmen, surveyors, real estate sales-
men, and interior decorators.) ... $35.00
SECTION 2. Category 231 of Section 17 -52 of the LRCC is
hereby renumbered and amended to read:
(117.2) HAZARDOUS COMMERCIAL OR
MEDICAL DISPOSAL FACILITIES $.25 per ton of waste
disposed of during
the calendar year;
$5000 bond required.
SECTION 3. Section 17 -37 (b) of the LRCC is hereby
repealed.
