AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $950,000 FROM THE CITY'S EXCESS
INTEREST EARNINGS ACCOUNT OF THE 1988 CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: There is hereby appropriated $400,000 from the 1988 Capital
Improvement Bond Fund excess earnings account for the repair and replacement of
neighborhood streets, Account No. 301 - 220 -0061.
SECTION 2. There is also hereby appropriated $550,000 from the 1988 Capital
Improvement Bond Fund excess earnings account for construction of an outdoor pool and
recreation facilities at the War Memorial Fitness Center, Account No. 301 - 230 -0048.
