AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
PROVIDING FOR A DEFERRAL OF SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION
REQUIREMENTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for a variance of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Gene Hoover "C" Store (5 -953) as follows:
Subsection a. That the sidewalk provisions of Chapter
31, Section 31 -402 be amended to provide for a deferral of
sidewalk construction along West 65th Street between the
Union Pacific Railroad right -of -way and South University
Avenue, for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the
effective date of this Ordinance.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
