AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5571 - Described as part of the NE 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W,
in Pulaski County, Arkansas, LESS AND EXCEPT the
West 20 feet for Stanton Road and LESS AND EXCEPT
the Interstate 30 Highway right -of -way more
particularly described as follows: Commencing
at the SW corner of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4
Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W; thence S87 039150 "E,
20 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
S87 039150 11E, 640.06 feet to the SE corner of the
NE 1/4 SW 1/4 NE 1/4, Section 31, T -1 -N, R -12 -W;
thence NO3 017112 "E, 257.35 feet to a point onto
the South Right -of -Way of Interstate Highway No.
30; thence Southwesterly along said right -of -way
the following bearings and distances: N890491W,
278.16 feet; S82 055115 11W, 289.78 feet;
S44 °06152 "W, 85.83 feet; N88027132 "W, 19.98 feet
to a Point of Intersection with the East
Right -of -Way of Stanton Road; thence S03 044155 11W
along the East Right -of -Way of Stanton Road
135.22 feet to the Point of Beginning, and
containing 3.35 acres, more or less from R -2
Single Family to C -4 Open Display (I -30 and
Stanton Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
