ORDINANCE NO. 16,246
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ARCH STREET
LAND USE PLAN IN AN AREA SOUTH OF
DIXON ROAD, EAST OF IRONTON CUTOFF
ROAD, AND FOR OTHER MATTERS
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock wishes to expand the
City's landfill, and;
WHEREAS, State and Federal regulations require a landfill
site be in conformance with the City adopted plan, and;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after public review
recommends the plan be amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. In the Arch Street Land Use Plan, along the east
side of Ironton Cutoff Road (East of the City Landfill) East to
Section 10, Township 1 South, Range 12 West is change from
Mining /Single Family to Park /Open Space, for landfill and future
recreational use.
