ORDINANCE NO. 16,238
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A VARIANCE
TO DEFER RIGHT -OF -WAY IMPROVEMENTS FOR A
PORTION OF WEST 24TH AND MARTIN STREETS FOR
TOTAL OUTREACH FOR CHRIST MINISTRIES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be
amended to provide for variance of certain requirements within
the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Total
Outreach for Christ Ministries.
Subsection a. That Section 31 -282 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for a deferral of right -of -way improvements
on West 24th and Martin Streets until such time when major
construction takes place on the site of Total Outreach for Christ
Ministries.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after this passage.
