ORDINANCE NO. 16,237
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5569 - Described as part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4
Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Commencing at the NW corner of the SE 1/4 NE
1/4 Section 22; thence South 756.40 feet; thence
East 410.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
North 574.80 feet to the South Right -of -Way of
the Upper Hot Springs Highway; thence N77 054100 11E
along said Right -of -Way 256.30 feet; thence
S26 002100 11E 248.88 feet to the new Right -of -Way of
State Highway #5; thence along said Right -of -Way
S41 057152 11W 407.82 feet; thence continue along
said Right -of -Way S32 041146 "W 120.80 feet; thence
West 21.88 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 3.10 Acres, more or less from C -3
General Commercial to C -4 Open Display.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
