AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5563 - Described as part of Tract 40,
Gloeckler's Acres, a subdivision in Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as:
Commencing at the NE corner of Tract 37 of
Gloeckler's Acres; thence S03- 42 -06W along the
East line of said Tracts 37 and 40 622.0 feet
to a point on the North Right -of -Way line of
Baseline Road (Ark. Hwy. #338); thence N86- 13 -44W
along the North Right -of -Way line of said Baseline
Road (Ark. Hwy. #338) 88.97 feet to the Point of
Beginning; thence continue N86 -13 -44W along the
North Right -of -Way line of said Baseline Road
(Ark. Hwy. #338) 70.0 feet; thence NO3- 21 -16E
152.83 feet; thence S86- 49 -20E 70.0 feet; thence
S03- 21 -16W 153.55 feet to the Point of Beginning,
containing 0.25 Acres, more or less from R -2
Single Family to C -1 Neighborhood Commercial.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
