16,182 WHICH RECLASSIFIED PROPERTY
IN THE ARKANSAS CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL
AREA; PROVIDING FOR THE CORRECTION
OF THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16,182 reclassified property in the
area of Arkansas Children's Hospital (Z- 4336 -G) from R -4, R -5,
0-3 and I -2 to 0-2; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance contained an error in the legal
description of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Compton's Subdivision of Block
402, Original City of Little Rock.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 16,182 is hereby
amended to provide for the correct legal description of the
reclassified property as follows:
Z- 4336 -G - Described as Lots 11 and 12, Block 1,
Faust Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas;
AND
Lots 3, 9 and the North 10 feet of Lot 4,
Edmonson's Resubdivision of Block 1, Marshall and
Wolfe's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas;
WWI
Lots 4, 5, 6, 7 and the South 41 feet of Lot 8,
Block 12 and the North 1/2 of West 11th Street
(closed), Marshall and Wolfe's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
AND
Blocks 21 and 22, Marshall and Wolfe's Addition to
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;

66.39 feet to a point; thence S87 034136 11E, 148.80
feet to a point; thence N2 042134 "E, 66.40 feet to
a point located on the North Right -of -Way line of
West 10th Street; thence S87 034144 11E along said
line of West 10th Street 148.91 feet to the point
of beginning, and containing 0.227 acres, more or
less from R -4, R -5, 0-3, C -3 and I -2 to 0-2.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
