AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PCD
DISTRICT TITLED KANIS MINI STORAGE
SHORT -FORM (Z- 4653 -B) IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 Single
Family to Planned Commercial District (PCD).
A parcel of land in the NW 1/4 Section 9, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W, Little Rock, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
A tract of land being part of the South 1/2 of the
NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 9,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas and being
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of the above said South
1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of
Section 9; thence S89 002123 11E, along the North
Line of the above said South 1/2 of the NE 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 9,
363.66 feet; thence S0045124 11W, 228.83 feet;
thence N88 047100 "W, 35.00 feet; thence S0045124 11W,
99.92 feet, to the South line of the above said
South 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of Section 9; thence N88 045109 11W, along the
South line of the South 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 9, 334.51 feet, to
the SW corner of the above said South 1/2 of the
NE 1/4 of the NW 114 of the NW 1/4 of Section 9;
thence N1 046151 11E, along the West line of the
above said South 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4
of the NW 1/4 of Section 9, 326.95 feet to the
Point of Beginning and containing 2.68 Acres.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Kanis Mini Storage (Short -form PCD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
