ORDINANCE NO. 16,201 234
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 2934 -D - Described as lands lying in the SE 1/4
of Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas and more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at a point that is
287.47 feet North and 13.43 feet East of the
Southeast corner of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
said Section 22; then N23 039157 "E, 520.41 feet to
a point on the South right -of -way line to Tall
Timber Boulevard; thence along the right -of -way
line along a 5.8170 curve to the left 135.20 feet
to a point to which there is a chord bearing and
distance of S71 053133 11E, 135.09 feet; then
continuing along the said South right -of -way line
S75 049129 "E, 13.60 feet; then continuing along
the said South right -of -way line along a 3.9180
curve to the left 49.57 feet to a point to which
there is a chord bearing and distance of
S77 002156 "E, 49.58 feet; then leaving the said
South right -of -way line S23 027145 11W, 519.80 feet;
then N73 033130 11W, 200.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 2.358 Acres from R -2 Single
Family to 0-1 Quiet Office and OS Open Space.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section l hereof.
SECTION 3. That a thirty (30) foot landscaped buffer be
provided adjacent to Tall Timber Blvd.

SECTION 4. That one (1) additional curb ct will be 2 35
permitted on Tall Timber Blvd. and the centerline of said drive
may not be closer than one hundred fifty -five (155) feet to the
east property line of the above described tract of land.
SECTION 5. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
