AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5551 - Described as part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 32, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as:
Beginning 179 feet East of the Southwest corner
of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 32; thence
N89 041152 11E along the centerline of Baseline Road,
386.43 feet to a point on the 100 year Floodway
line; thence N29 047122 11E along said 100 year
Floodway line, 475.0 feet; thence N49 020129 11E and
continuing along said 100 year Floodway line,
75.86 feet; thence N800571W, 366.5 feet to a point
in the centerline of Arkansas State Highway No. 5
(Stagecoach Road); thence S310231W along the
centerline of said State Highway No. 5 610.7 feet
to the Point of Beginning, containing 4.2788 Acres
more or less from R -2 Single Family to C -3 General
Commercial.

SECTION 2. T* the map referred to in ion 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock a d designated 211
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
