TO MORE ACCURATELY DESCRIBE THE AREA
AFFECTED BY THE BOARD ACTION; AND FOR
OTHER MATTERS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Section 11 of Ordinance 16161 is hereby
amended to add the phase "the east 335 feet of the" as approved
by the Board of Directors on February 4, 1992, and should read as
follows:
". Z- 5513 -D. Thomas E Jones Short -form PCD located at 13805
Crystal Valley road for a welding shop described as the east
335 feet of the South 1/2 South 1/2 SE 1/4 NW 1/4, Section
32, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, more particularly as follows: commencing
at a point in the center of Section 32, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, which
is also in the west boundary line of the Crystal Valley
Road; run thence north along the west boundary line of said
Crystal Valley Road a distance of 330 feet to a point;
thence run west and parallel with the north boundary line of
said Section a distance of 335 feet to a point; thence run
south a distance of 330 feet to a point; thence run East
along the centerline of said section a distance 335 feet to
the point of beginning."
