AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 16,137
(THE 1992 BUDGET ORDINANCE) APPROPRIATING
FONDS FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL EXPENDITURES.

WAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, adopted a budget ordinance on December 17, 1991, and
blIEREA.S, additional funds for capital expenditures has
become available as a result of carryover monies from the 1991
budget,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The organizational totals of the 1992 capital
budget included in Little Rock, Ark., Ordinance No. 16,137
(December 17, 1991)(~LROO), and funded by Section 4 of the
Ordinance, is hereby amended to add the following three hundred
and twenty -two thousand dollars ($322,000) in appropriations:
Americans With Disabilities Act Compliance $100,000
Neighborhood Alert /School Resources 100,000
Streets Improvements 122,000
TOTAL $ 2.422,000
SECTION 2. A new section shall be added to LRO 16,137, to
transfer the sum of $700,000 to the Economic Development Fund.
SECTION 3. All provisions of LRO 16,137 inconsistent with
this provision are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency; all other provisions of the ordinance, as amended,
shall remain in full force and effect.
