ORDINANCE NO. 16,179 •
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 16,137
(THE 1992 BUDGET ORDINANCE) APPROPRIATING
FUNDS FOR CERTAIN EXPENDITURES.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas adopted the Budget Ordinance of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas for 1992 on December 17, 1991; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and desirable to adjust
appropriations made in Sections 9 of Ordinance 16,137 and
Schedule I attached thereto.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The organizational totals of the 1992 operating
budget included in Schedule I attached to Ordinance No. 16,137,
and funded by Section 9 of the Ordinance, for the following
organizations are amended as follows:

SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to further
allocate the $780,000 additional funding for employee
compensation adjustments to the actual operating organizations,
in accordance with new bargaining agreements and other
administrative compensation plans, and in amounts determined by
the Finance Department.
