• ORDINANCE NO. 16,174 •
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5527 - Described as a tract of land lying in the
SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little
Rock, Arkansas; more particularly described as:
Commencing at the NW corner SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section
24; thence East 235.6 feet; thence South 30 021111"
East 206.51 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
South 25 011137" East 94.40 feet; thence South
89 017127" East 134.47 feet; thence South 6 015154"
West 206.16 feet; thence North 88 018'46" West
152.21 feet; thence North 288.01 feet to the Point
of Beginning. Said tract containing 0.804 acres,
more or less from C -3 General Commercial to C -4

SECTION 2. That an eight (8) foot landscaped buffer shall
be provided adjacent to the South University Avenue frontage (the
east property line), and that parking and the display of autos
shall be permitted in the remaining twelve (12) feet of the first
twenty (20) feet of the front yard setback.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
