AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF SUBDIVISION
REQUIREMENTS FOR ST. CHARLES, LOTS
700 -723, 752 - 788.846 -852
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for waiver of certain requirements
within the St. Charles Subdivision, Lots 700 -723, 752 -788,
846 -852 of the City of Little Rock for waiver as follows:
Subsection a. That Section 31- 203(5) be amended to
allow 1O% grades on the end of downhill cul -de -sacs for
St. Charles Subdivision, Lots 700 -723, 752-788, 846 -852.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
