AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A REVISED
PCD DISTRICT TITLED RAINEY ELECTRONICS,
INC. (Z -5537) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF
d THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY O
p� a LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.

Z_` SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
described property be changed from R -2 to PCD.
A parcel of land located directly across the street
from 19012 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, Arkansas
being more particularly described as follows:
Part of the East 1/2 SE 1/4, Section 30, T -1 -N,
R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described as:
Commencing at the NW corner of the East 1/2 SE 1/4,
Section 10; thence South 818.25 feet; thence N50 031'
East 684.8 feet to the centerline of Colonel Glenn
Road; thence along said centerline S39 013' East
313.4 feet; thence S42 011' West 457.1 feet; thence
S76 045' West 546.8 feet; thence N42 012' East
954.3 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing
5.02 acres, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan /plat
be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Rainey Electronics, Inc. (Short -form PCD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of the
Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force upon final approval of the plan.
