ORDINANCE NO. 16,169
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PCD
DISTRICT TITLED KEARNEY SHORT -FORM
PCD (Z -5536) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 to PCD.
A parcel of land located at 3205 Old Shackleford
Road, Little Rock, Arkansas being more
particularly described as follows:
Part of the North 1/2 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 16,
Township 1 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said North
1/2 SE 1/4 NE 1/4; run thence South along the
East line of said North 1/2 SE 1/4 NE 1/4 for
147.8 feet; thence North 89 048" West for
115.1 feet to the centerline of Shackleford Road;
thence Northeasterly along centerline for
149.4 feet to a point on the North line of said
North 1/2 SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence East along said
North line for 104.9 feet to the Point of
Beginning and containing 0.37 ares, more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Kearney (Short -form PCD) is conditioned
upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time
specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d) of
the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
