AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER
31 -209 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER
OF RIGHT -OF -WAY DEDICATION
REQUIREMENTS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 -209 of the Code of
Ordinances be amended to provide for waiver of certain
requirements within the Master Street Plan of the City of
Little Rock for Mississippi Street be as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31 -209 be waived to accept
the existing right -of -way of thirty (30) feet from the
centerline for Mississippi Street and not require an
additional dedication of fifteen (15) feet.
Subsection b. That the waiver of Chapter 31 -209 apply
only to the Conditional Use Permit granted to Saint
Marks Episcopal Church by the Little Rock Planning
Commission.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
