ORDINANCE NO. 16,139
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the following
property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3869 -A - Described as all of Lots 5 and 12, West
Highland Subdivision, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, from 110-2" Office and Institutional to
110 -3" General Office; less and except the North
50 feet and the West 50 feet of said Lot 5 and
the West 50 feet of said Lct 12 (Hardin Road).
SECTION 2. That the planning staff shall review the
grading and construction plans; that residents attending the
December 3, 1991 Planning Commission hearing shall receive
written notification of a plan's submittal; and that the
plans shall be forwarded to the Planning Commission if
agreement cannot be reached by staff and the developer.
SECTION 3. That the map referred to in Section 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the
respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided
for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in
full force from and after its passage and approval.
