ORDINANCE NO. 16,550
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 4464 -B - Described as a part of Lots 3 and 4
Autumnwood Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas
and part of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 4, T -1-
N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, all more
particularly described as:
Beginning at point on the North line of said
Lot 4, Autumnwood Subdivision, 10.0 feet,
N89 010'19 "W of the NE corner thereof, said
point being located on the West right -of -way
line of Autumn Road; thence 58011144 11W along
said West right -of -way line of Autumn Road,
99.24 feet to a point on the North right -of -way
line of Chenal Parkway; thence Northwesterly
along said North right -of -way line the
following bearings and distances:
N66054'32 "W, 138.0 feet; N54039129 11W, 26.71
feet; N46049'29 "W, 46.07 feet; N89010119 11W,
14.02 feet and N46049'29 "W, 109.7 feet to a
point on the East right -of -way line of Alhambra
Court; thence N0022131 "E; thence along said
East right -of -way line of Alhambra Court;
thence N0022131 11E; thence along said East
right -of -way line, 242.10 feet to a point;
thence S89010119 11E, 301.0 feet to a point on
the West right -of -way line of Autumn Road;
thence S0022131 11W, along said West right -of -way
line, 316.0 feet to a point; thence
N89010'19 "W, 10.0 feet to the Point of
Beginning, containing 2.3731 acres more or less
from R -2 Single Family to C -3 General
Commercial. (Chenal Parkway and Autumn Road)
SECTION 2. That the owners of the described property
shall make a 25% in -lieu contribution towards the
installation of a traffic signal at the Chenal
Parkway /Autumn Road intersection.

SECTION 3. That the map referred in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
