AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
BOUNDARY STREET AND SIDEWALK REQUIREMENTS
FOR BURLISON SUBDIVISION (S -994) LOCATED
AT 13,522 IRONTON ROAD.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Burlison Subdivision (5 -994) as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31- 201(h)
which requires one -half of Master Street Plan
specified improvements be provided on boundary
streets, and provide for a waiver of the
requirement that one -half of Ironton Road and a
sidewalk along the Ironton Road frontage be
constructed and a waiver of the requirement that
one -half of Timothy Lane along the Timothy Lane
frontage be constructed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage.
