AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z-5753 - Described as a part of Lot C -R and Lot
B -R -4 in Southwest City Commercial Subdivision,
located in the SW 1/4, Section 31, T -1 -N,
R -12 -W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, described as follows:
Beginning at the HE corner of said Lot C -R,
thence S0003610611 West along the East line of
said Lots C -R and B -R -4 a distance of 290.0
feet; thence S8605211911 West 130.28 feet;
thence N0003610611 East 290.0 feet to the North
line of said Lot C -R; thence N84024' East along
said North line of Lot C -R 24.7 feet; thence
continue along said North line of Lot C -R
N87027' East 105.6 feet to the Point of
Beginning containing 0.87 acres, more or less
from R -2 Single Family to C -3 General
Commercial. (I -30 Frontage Road, east of Geyer
Springs Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
