1 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 16,331

3 (THE 1993 BUDGET ORDINANCE), TRANSFERRING
4 FUNDS FOR INSURANCE, ELECTION AND OTHER .
5 COSTS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas adopted
8 the budget ordinance of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas for 1993 on December 21,
9
10 1992; and
11 WHEREAS, the General Government Organization has a lower budget than
12 needed for insurance, election and other costs; and
13
14 WHEREAS, the Emergency Services Organization has a higher budget than
15 needed; and
16
17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
18 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
19 SECTION 1. That $85,000 be transferred from Organization 1440,
20
Communications and Signals account into Organization 6500, with $25,000 designated for
21
22 the Public Officials Liability account and $60,000 for the Contracts account.
23 SECTION 2. That all other provisions of Ordinance 16,331 shall remain in full
24 force and effect.
