ORDINANCE NO. 16,509
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5742 - Described as Lots 11 and 12, Block 25,
Wright -s Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas from
R -4 Two Family to 0-1 Quiet Office. (Chester
Street and Wright Avenue)
SECTION 2. That the following conditions shall be
incorporated into the site plan.
• The design of the structure reinforce the
residential character of the block.
• Close the (old) Wright Avenue right -of -way.
• The development be oriented towards Wright Avenue.
• A "good neighbor" fence be installed.
• An office sign
• The parking area be designed so as not to impact
the adjacent residential lots.
• The site be heavily landscaped.
SECTION 3. That the map referred in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 4. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
