ORDINANCE NO. 16,504
AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING A DEDICATED RIGHT OF
WAY IN THE EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, PURSUANT TO ARK. CODE ANN. SEC-
14-54-104 (MICHIE 1987).
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a portion of
right -of -way in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is not needed for corporate
purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant
to authority of Ark. Code Ann. Sec. 14 -54 -104 (Michie 1987),
hereby releases, vacates and abandons all its rights,
together with the rights of the public generally, in and to
the street right -of -way designated as follows:
See attached Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. Abutting owners of record shall receive
title to the abandoned right -of -way.
SECTION 3. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by
the City Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder
of Pulaski County and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.

EXHIBIT "A"
A 110 ft. right -of -way easement for a Road located in the S1 12,
SW1 /4, Section 31, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being 55 ft. right and 55 ft. left of a centerline more
particularly described as: Starting at the Southeast corner
of said S1 12, SW1 /4; thence N88 °36'45 "W, along the South line
thereof, 1310.64 ft. to the point of beginning of herein
described centerline; thence N2 °51'21 "E, 69.33 ft. to a point;
thence Northeasterly along a 954.93 ft. radius curve to the
right, 703.17 ft.; thence N45 002'46 "E, 292.38 ft. to a point;
thence Northeasterly along the arc of a 954.93 ft. radius curve
to the left, approximately 458.7 ft. to a point on the North
line of said S1 /2, SW1 /4, and the point of termination of said
centerline, with parallel sides of right -of -way easement
extending to property lines containing 3.85 Acres more or less.
