AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER OF
THE REQUIREMENT TO CONSTRUCT A SIDEWALK
ALONG BELLE POINTE DRIVE IN BELLE POINTS
SUBDIVISION (S- 849 -A).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for BELLE POINTE SUBDIVISION (S- 849 -A) as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -209, be
amended to waive the requirement for constructing a
sidewalk along the existing residential street shown as
Belle Pointe Drive.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
