AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
OFFICE DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TITLED 6420
MABELVALE CUT-OFF SHORT -FORK POD (Z -5715)
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AMENDING
CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from R -2 to POD.
A parcel of land in Section 1, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, and
located at 6420 Mabelvale Cut -off, Little Rock,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning 35.45' measured (Deed 20') north of the SW
corner of the SW 1/4 Sz 1/4 SE 1/4; thence N 103'
measured (Deed 112'); thence S 87050' E 1301; thence
S 103' measured (Deed 1129; thence N 870 w 130' to
the POB.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for 6420 MABELVALE CUT-OFF SHORT -FORM POD is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
