ORDINANCE NO. 16,494
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A PLANNED
INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT TITLED
6300 FORBING ROAD LONG -FORM PID (Z -5718)
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING CHAPTER 36 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from 1 -2 to PID.
A part of Tract No. 2, Sterling Subdivision in the S
1/2, SE 1/4, Section 25, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, and located at
6300 Forbing Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, being more
particularly described as follows:
From a concrete monument marking the Northwest corner
of said Tract No. 2 (said corner being on the
Southeasterly R/W line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad
Main Line) thence S 89026'28" E and along the North
line of said Tract No. 2 for 357' to a rebar and the
Point of Beginning; thence S 07 39'27" Z 6.20' to a
rebar in a chain link fence; thence; thence S 60013132"
Z and along said chain link fence for 99.805' to a
rebar and the P.C. of a curve concave to the Southwest,
said curve not being a simple curve, but with a varying
length radius; thence along said chain link fence and
arc of said curve with the following chord bearings and

17, Myerson Manor Replat as filed in Plat Book 18, Page
26, thence N 00004'37" E crossing the west dead -end of
Myerson Drive 49.571 to a crimped pipe and the SW
corner of Lot 18, of said Myerson Manor Subdivision,
thence N 00029135" E along the east line of said Tract
No. 2 for 834.824' to a rebar and the HE corner of said
Tract No. 2, said point being the NW corner of Lot 11,
Arbor Cove Addition as filed in Plat Book 18, Page 62,
thence N 89026128" W along the north line of said Tract
No. 2 for 295.10' to the Point of Beginning, Containing
8.8869 acres, more or less, subject to a 10.0 foot
utility easement along the north line herein.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission,
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for 6300 FORBING ROAD LONG -FORM PID is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36- 454(d)
of the Code of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ORDINANCE shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
