AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER
OF THE REQUIREMENTS TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS
TO AND TO CONSTRUCT A SIDEWALK ALONG
FOURCHE DAM PIKE FOR PIERCE SUBDIVISION
(S -976) AT 7105 FOURCHE DAM PIKE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements
within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little
Rock for Pierce Subdivision (S -976), located at 7105 Fourche
Dam Pike, as follows:
Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -209,
be amended to waive the requirement to reconstruct
the half of Fourche Dam Pike which lies along the
front of Pierce Subdivision.
Subsection b. That Chapter 31, Section 31 -209 be
amended to waive the requirement to construct a
sidewalk along the Fourche Dam Pike frontage of
Pierce Subdivision.
SECTION 2. This ORDINANCE shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
