ORDINANCE NO. 16,445
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND
USE PLAN IN THE OTTER CREEK DISTRICT
IN THE STAGECOACH - OTTER CREEK ROAD
AREA AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Planning Staff recommends altering the plan to
better represent future development; and,
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission recommends the plan be
amended.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The City Land Use Plan in the Otter Creek
District is amended from Mixed Office and Commercial to Community
Shopping, east of Stagecoach Road either side of Otter Creek
Road.
SECTION 2. The Plan is amended from Community Shopping
(West of Stagecoach) and Mixed Office and Commercial (East of
Stagecoach) to Neighborhood Commercial either side of Stagecoach
Road north of Otter Creek Boulevard.
SECTION 3. The Plan is amended from Light Industrial to
Mixed Commercial and Industrial southeast of Stagecoach Road,
north of Fourche Creek.
SECTION 4. The Plan is amended from Mixed Office and
Commercial and Single Family to Public Institutional north of
I -30 between Otter Creek and Crooked Creek.
SECTION 5. The Plan is amended from Light Industrial to
Mixed Commercial and Industrial north of I -30 and west of Crooked
Creek.
SECTION 6. The adopted map is amended as described above
and shown on the attached sketch.
