ORDINANCE NO.16,431
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 16,385 AND REVOKING A "PRD"
DISTRICT TITLED "MARINA VILLAGE CLUB
APARTMENT PRD" (2200 BLOCK RIVERFRONT
DRIVE) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 16,385 was passed on
April 6, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance approved a modification of a
then existing PUD and provided for the reclassification of a
portion of an existing PCD entitled "Riverdale Harbour Long -
form PCD "; (Z- 4987 -D) and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance was to have taken effect and be
in full force upon final approval of the plat /plan; and
WHEREAS, the owner has notified the City that an
application for rezoning was filed by an agent for the owner
with the owner's knowledge and consent; and
WHEREAS, prior to the Board of Directors considering
the rezoning of the affected property, said owner's consent
to the action had been withdrawn and neither the applicant
nor the owner notified City staff of this termination of the
agency relationship; and
WHEREAS, the presentment of the zoning issue before the
Board of Directors was without the owners authorization or
consent; and said owner has notified the City of his desire
to have the unauthorized rezoning repealed.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 16,385 is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat approved by Ordinance No. 16,385 is hereby
revoked.

SECTION 3. That the PRD classification of the affected
property is revoked and the PCD classification which was
previously adopted in Ordinance 15,459 is reinstated.
