ORDINANCE NO. 16,428
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CITY LAND
USE PLAN IN THE RIVER MOUNTAIN DISTRICT;
FROM MULTIFAMILY TO TRANSITION ZONE AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission recommends a higher
use for the area; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Staff believes the change is
consistent with the spirit of the plan and is appropriate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1: The City Land use Plan in the River Mountain
District is changed from Multifamily to Transition Zone, in an
area north of Cantrell Road and west of Sam Peck Road.
SECTION 2: The adopted map is amended as described above
and shown on the attached sketch.
